You may have been frequenting Chinese restaurants
in your own country for years but you may not realize that authentic
Chinese food entails far more varieties than what's cooking in your
favorite Chinese take-out restaurant. Come to China not only to sample
the astounding variety of local Chinese dishes but also to learn to cook
the four main regional cuisines of China --
the Guangdong cuisine, better known to us as the Cantonese cuisine, the
Shandong, the Jiangsu-Zhejiang regional cuisine and last but not lease
the hot and spicy Sichuan cuisine.
In China you may sample unique dishes literally on every step, and some
of the most tempting examples will be prepared right on the street -- in
a following video a sidewalk cook prepares a tasty type of local Yunnan
pancake.
