Upon Arrival, you are greeted and helped transfer to Beijing (3 hours) check into your 5 star Beijing international Hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure.

Beijing
Today’s sightseeing visits the imposing Tian an Men Square and the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace with a cruise on placid Lake Kunming (weather permitting). This evening you are invited to a delicious Beijing Duck welcome dinner.

Beijing
Walk along the ancient ramparts of the renowned Great Wall today. Visit a cloisonné factory and observe the skilled artisans create intricate designs. Then stroll along the Sacred Way to the Ming Tombs and Chang Ling Exhibition Hall.

Beijing to Xian
This morning is free to explore .Perhaps take an optional tour via old-fashioned pedicab to explore Beijing’s ancient narrow streets, known as Hutongs, Visit a courtyard-style family residence, and admire the city view from atop the Drum Tower Pagoda. Then fly to Xian where you check into your 5 star Shangri-La Golden Flower Xian

Xian
View the famed life-sized terracotta army, no two alike, buried for over 2200 years; Circle Vision Movie; Bronze Chariot. Then on to visit the renowned Shaanxi Provincial Historical Museum. This evening you’re our guest at the Tang Dynasty Theatre’s fabulous dinner and show.

Nanjing
A scenic drive takes you to lovely Yangzhou. Tour beautiful Slender West Lake, Ge Yuan Garden, He Yuan Garden and the Marco Polo Museum before returning to Nanjing to overnight.

Nanjing to Suzhou

Depart Shanghai this morning for the picturesque water town of Zhujiajiao, known for its winding canals, arched bridges and Ming and Qing architecture.
